DON PANNELL - President

More than 40 years of experience in law

Don Pannell is the President and Owner of ACTA INVESTIGATIONS, merging businesses with PANNELL & PANNELL INVESTIGATIVE SERVICES as of October, 2001. Don Pannell has more than 40 years of experience in law enforcement, military and private investigations. He served a Squad leader with the 1st Infantry Division in the US Army, was employed as a Field training Officer with the Houston Police Department and was employed by Harris County Pct. 5 Constable’s Office as a Deputy Constable. Don Pannell has been a licensed investigator since 1984.

 

JUSTIN PANNELL - Vice President

Over 10 years of law enforcement experience

During his career he was a member of the S.W.A.T Team, a Field Training Officer, Breath Test Operator, Certified K9 Handler, criminal investigations division and received over 2400 hours of law enforcement training.

Justin Pannell was assigned to the Fort Bend County Narcotics Task Force as a K9 handler working criminal interdiction. The F.B.C.N.T.F is part of the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area. During his time with the task force he made several large scale seizures relating to the Trafficking of illegal narcotics, money laundering and the smuggling of persons.

Throughout his career Justin Pannell received multiple commendations for in recognition for outstanding performance and contribution to law enforcement.
